The “Effectiveness as a Culture of High Results” project, implemented within our company in 2023, has been acknowledged as the best among over 60 projects submitted by esteemed participants in the “Company’s Cultural Code” category, by a professional and respected jury.
The experience of Khlibprom Concern in constructing a management system aimed at achieving goals to enhance efficiency and foster the growth of both the business and its employees has led to the creation of a culture of transparency in result assessment. This culture motivates each employee to strive for better results, not in comparison with others, but with their own previous achievements. Although only one quarter has passed since the project’s implementation, it has already demonstrated its effectiveness and earned recognition within the Ukrainian HR community!
